Organization settings let Client Admins customize their team's TODAY Type experience. Configure branding, email preferences, and account information from the Settings page.
Accessing Settings

Go to Client Dashboard
Access /client/. -
Click "Settings"
Select Settings from the navigation menu.
Contact Information
Update your organization's contact details:
Available Fields
- Contact Email - Primary contact email for your organization
- Contact Phone - Phone number for inquiries
- Company Description - Brief description of your organization
This information may be used in reports, certificates, and communications.
Branding
Customize the appearance for your team:
Company Logo
- Upload your organization's logo
- Supported formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG, SVG
- Appears in team dashboard and reports
- Recommended size: 200x100 pixels or similar aspect ratio
Brand Colors
- Primary Color - Main brand color used in highlights
- Secondary Color - Accent color for secondary elements
Colors should be in hex format (e.g., #0d6efd).
Company Info
- Additional company information
- May appear on reports or certificates

Sender Information
- Sender Name - Name that appears as the email sender (e.g., "Acme Training Team")

- Reply-To Email - Where user replies should be directed

- Custom footer text for all automated emails
- Add disclaimers, contact info, or motivational messages

- Next Billing Date - When your next payment is due
